I called in with an order yesterday. I live in Pennsylvania, but my wife is in Florida. The woman on the phone was very kind, and helpful. She helped me pick a display that brought great joy to my wife. Delivery was as they said it would be. The product is amazing, and the price was excellent. Let me also add that this was done Friday, and hurricane Irma is due to hit on Sunday. They went above and beyond to let my wife know I love her and am thinking about her even though we are 1000 miles apart.

Waiting on the flowers I bought for my Mom. Hope they come tomorrow. Great staff but had a problem with the purchase.Thankfully, cheerfully being addressed.

Horrible. Ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. The flowers look nothing like the picture. Poorly done. Three dyed white roses an not even bloomed flowers in vase. Supposed to be red roses with white lillies. Wish I could share picture it looks like weeds were thrown into a vase. Tried to call store multiple times, but no answer, just hangs up call no voicemail for a call back. Horrible waste of money and poor customer service. Will never order from them again and I would advice you to spend your money somewhere else. Spending money on weeds. Thank you carousel.

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Flowers are always fresh and the arrangements are beautifully displayed. My family lives in Titusville so I have many opportunities to use Carousel and I have never been disappointed.

Flowers were not what I expected was told they might not last til the next day even though I let them know when I ordered that I would not be using them til the next day. The people were friendly for the most part so that was a plus.
