I have been to this location on various locations and have purchased good quality tile. I was helped by Victor and he was very helpful. When I needed more tile due to not ordering sufficient enough I was originally told that I cannot order more tile however I was contacted and informed that they would do what they can to get me the tile that I needed to complete my job. All the other staff was also helpful. If you are looking for a wide selection of tile or carpet I think this is the place to go to.

We think it is very important to acknowledge excellent service when we we experience it.

First of all, we want to thank Alfred Rubio for his expertise in helping us with our selection of the flooring we chose. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions and concerns.

Secondly, we thank their installation crew (Oscar, Tony, Nino, Eric and Ivan) for their thorough and professional installation of our flooring.
We are very happy with the job they did.

From beginning to end it was a great experience. When we went to the showroom to shop Victor was very helpful but not pushy. Once we made our choice it was a quick right up. Our carpet needed to be ordered which took about a week. The installers were great. We have a very heavy pool table that we were concerned about moving. They got it taken care of without a problem..put it back exactly where we wanted it. And the carpet...we love it! We definitely recommend Carpet Emporium

Best prices around.. I made several calls but nobody could match the deal I got from Vic. The carpet was professionally installed and I couldn't be happier.  Highly recommended
