Garmer Carpet was not our first choice when we started shopping in December of last year for over 1200 sq ft of new carpet for our home. We don’t live anywhere near Moreno Valley, and only happened to stop by their store because we had to make a trip to there for another matter. Vanessa was unbelievably accommodating and easy to work with, and not once did we feel like we were being pressured to buy from her company. We had already shopped at six stores within a 15 mile radius of our home and found her price to be EXTREMELY competitive and considered ourselves fortunate to have taken a detour to visit the store. The entire experience from purchase to the actual carpet installation was unbelievable, and we also had 450 ft of baseboard installed. 

My wife knows I’m not one to pass along complements about contractors because most of them really do shoddy work, but if you do decide to buy your carpet from Garmer’s, ask for Ricardo and Carlos to do your installation. You’re not going to find a better duo who have outstanding skills at laying carpet. Not only was their carpet installation work at a level rarely seen, but I brag to anyone who wants to listen, that Ricardo’s baseboard work is impeccable.

Garmar came highly recommended to us through a neighbor, so we decided to get an estimate (even though we thought we would probably go with a company we had previously used.) However, we were quite impressed with Garmar right from the beginning, and began to reconsider, especially because we had an issue with our previous "go-to" company. Garmar staff and installers were great from the estimate to the work completion. They were knowledgeable, helpful, kind and patient throughout what can be an overwhelming process - and with endless choices - BEFORE we committed to using them! There were no high-pressure sales tactics. Pricing was competitive and fair. They were on time for appointments and quickly responded both to questions and to one minor glitch we had during installation. Installers worked tirelessly to complete project in one day.  After the project was complete, we even received a nice thank - you note from the owners. How great it is to do business with a local family-owned company with such integrity!!  Highly recommend!
