We have an older home and was concerned about the prep required to make the floors right.  Billy and Derrick came out and assured me there would be no issues (sub-floor)
Memo and his crew came out and spent half the day prepping our floors to insure a proper installation of vinyl plank and carpet. They went above and beyond our expectations.
Our floors and carpet are perfect.. Completely satisfied.. Thanks again Chris for the reasonable price

We had the most amazing experience!!! Billy our salesman was awesome and so professional. The installation was flawless and our whole house was done in one day. The prices were the best in Jacksonville and Orange Park, believe me we compared over 10 places.

We are very impressed with this company.
The price was unbeatable, they had exactly what I had in mind for vinyl plank flooring.  The installers were professional, efficient and nice. I am very happy with the results. I will defiantly use them again on my next project.

They're are not enough words to express how amazing my ecpierience was working with James at Carpet Man! Not only did we get comparable pricing but he made sure that our house was transformed into a home! The attention to detail by his crew was impeccable! I also was blown away by way they turned a simple installation of floors into a true work of art! I have worked in the hospitality industry for nearly 20 years and I can honestly say that I've never received a higher level of service, respect, quality and genuine concern for my wants and financial limitations. I would jump at a chance to do business with James and the Carpet Man team again. It should be a goal for everyone in similar lines of work to treat they're customers so well!

Great prices and the best customer service around. Have gotten multiple rooms carpeted and I am very satisfied with the end results! The installers were also very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend to a friend!
