The delivery and installation went great. Unfortunately, we had some small issues which were quickly addressed by this installation crew. He provided us some tip and tricks of carpet maintenance. We have since had an issue with the carpet in our master bedroom. My wife and I were very disappointed. We worked with the Store Manager, Brian, on making thing right. Ultimately, Brian was authorized to replace or credit the carpet. I have been impressed with Brian's customer service skills thus far. Mistakes happen in business but it's the businesses ability to make a customer happy that gets tons of referrals and life long customers. I'm currently in the process of selecting a new carpet and will be posting a final review on the outcome of this transaction to see if they in fact earned a life long customer.

Installed laminate flooring in my bedroom. They offered better prices than anyone around that I could find. Also, I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received. The sales staff was great. I worked with a guy named Bobby who was very helpful.

The manager of Floor Trader of Orange Park, Brian Sipkovsky, is the person who assisted me throughout the entire process of purchasing carpet and having it installed in my two-story home. He was very professional and efficient. He expedited the installation to meet a deadline. His excellent communication and follow up were greatly appreciated. I am thankful for the outstanding customer service and would do business again with this company.

It's been awhile but I bought wood flooring from Floor Trader on Blanding Blvd. for my den, halls and 2 bedrooms then for my dining room and my master bedroom, fortunately they were able to match the wood. They also replaced the tile in my kitchen and hall bath. At the time I bought matching wood to replace the carpet in my living room but have not yet decided to do it as I really like the carpet but wanted to be sure all wood would match if I decide to do it. They had Sean Sparks and his team do the work for the first install and I was so impressed I asked for them the other times as well, I call them the A Team. Brandon was my salesperson and I could not have asked for better, he was professional, concerned for my needs and answered all my questions. I felt like I got value and professionalism from the time I walked in the store until all the work was done. I get compliments all the time on my beautiful floors and would recommend the store, Brandon and the installers to anyone looking for a first rate floor and install.

Both the Sales Manager and installer charged more than we originally agreed to! Very shady, be careful. Brian the Floor Trader Manager called and explained satisfactorily the extra charge. All is well now
