Just contracted a small job, interaction with the office was "ok" however, the carpet installer (Jeremie & helper) did a great job and communicated very well. 5 stars for them as it's important who you allow in your business or home and trust to complete the job.

I've used Carpet One in Laramie off and on for many years.  Recently I've noticed a lack of enthusiasm from their employees.  When I call it's  sounds like I'm a bother.  They have received a lot of business from me and it's very discouraging not to get even a thank you or semi interested feedback.  I hope they can restore their attitude for a more positive experience.
