We own one and 1/2 storey older house, with bunch of corner attics and a small ceiling attic. They removed a very old insulation, and then installed the spray foam and loose fluff insulation. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. Everything was done professionally and with great care. The difference of  the temperature on our second floor is amazing. We used to need an extra portable AC on the second floor because the central air couldn’t keep it cool, what a difference the new attic insulation did,  no more second AC! Definitely recommending Moore Insulation.

I have had the privilege of working with Moore Insulation on a church renovation over the last several years.  Throughout the duration of the renovation we required attic spaces to be blown in, interior walls to be sound proofed, some exterior walls with batts and vapour barrier, and other exterior and roof areas to be spray insulated.  To say that Moore did a good job would not come close to describing their service and workmanship.  They are truly outstanding.  Every time we have contracted them for a job it was completed not only on time, but ahead of schedule.  And every time our site was left clean and tidy. Google only lets your rate 5 stars, but they really do deserve more.  Thank you Phil, Andrew, Carl and crew!!

I had a good discussion with Moore's about how to insulate and what to use. I got corrected on a few things I was going to do, which has saved me money in the product choices. Also, when comparision pricing, Moores beats everyone else.

New 2 story home with batt insulation, and sprayed headers.   Moore Insulation was professional and timely with their work.

We were ABSOLUTELY THRILLED with the services we received from Moore Insulation. Our contractor had hired a different company to do spray foam insulation on our sun room. Unfortunately, the other company did a terrible job. We didn't discover this until we had mice running through our house because the other company didn't spray appropriately and the mice could enter the house. We contacted Moore who encouraged us to give the other company a chance to fix their problem they said they would want a chance to fix a problem if a customer wasn't happy. We contacted the other company. To be fair, the company had been sold to new people who said they would fix the problem at cost. We said fine. We never heard from them again. They didn't return our calls or emails. So we called Moore back. They gave us a very fair estimate and a quick turn-around time to get it done. The guys who did the insulation were courteous, professional, did a GREAT JOB and cleaned everything up in the end. I have a friend who needed some spray foam insulation. I told her NOT to use the first company but to go with Moore Insulation. We are very happy with the results.

SPRAY FOAM INSULATION  I found this company to be most professional. The salesman was very knowledgable and explained certain things I know to be true. The two man crew doing the work were very efficient without rushing and communicated very well together. Everything was returned to normal when completed and the job site was completely cleaned. The first company that quoted the job did not even return to do the job after arrangements were made to do so. I am very happy with what I received. *** UPDATE *** I noticed some minor separation from a few of the roof joist that appeared after 9 months. I suspect the joists were dusty from construction and the foam did not adhere. The crew returned and corrected this within three days of notification.  Absolutely SUPURB company.

I inquired about having insulation for my parents house in October and as told that the lead time was 3 weeks. I was given an estimate, and I confirmed that I wanted the work done. After 3 weeks I called to see the ETA, was told the lead time was now 5 weeks. I sent several more emails which were not responded to about doing additional work at the house.

The prompt and efficient service of this company as well as the professionalism of the two gentlemen who came to do the insulation job was amazing.  The installers explained possible problems and left it to us to decide whether to proceed or not.  Fortunately we were already aware of the problem and having weighed the issues, asked them to proceed.  They were great.  Would never use anybody else.

I used this company with tremendous success in 2007 to insulate my century home and address a number of insulation issues.  I was very pleased with the service, the work and the results huge savings !  More recently I have found them to be unresponsive and they have not followed through on appointments or returned calls from me and from tenants.  What is going on?  This is not the level of service I have come to expect from Moore Insulation.  Hoping to hear from you soon !!!

Was recommended from a close friend who is a tradesman. Cost was comparable with competitors,so it comes down to who you know. These guys work Fast. Had batts and vapor barrier installed, spray foam in my garage, and my attic topped-up. Every step of the way was great. Have already recommended, and will continue to do so.
