Thank you Carpet One! Your helpful and attentive staff walked me through an intimidating task and I couldn't be happier with my final product. I had a wonderful experience here! I had a gentalman named Robert help me. I was in need of carpet for my living room. He helped me find a great price and the color I was looking for! I definitely recommend this place! Every worker I meet there was very nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful experience with Matthew. He was very attentive to our needs and was patient while we considered which flooring we wanted. He was able to give us some very good advice and told us his honest opinion of products. We ended up purchasing 55 boxes of a vinyl plank flooring that we are in love with. Purchasing flooring as first time homebuyers was stressful, we looked at many places until we found Carpet One. Since then I have gone in a few times, one to order the flooring, to pick up what we ordered, and them for transition strips. Every time the transactions are easy and the kids and I enjoy talking with Matthew. He made this an easier process for us and we are grateful!

I called for a quote (611 sq ft of hardwood flooring) and spoke with John. He could not give me a quote because he was eating something cold. He said he would call me back, so I gave him my cell phone number. No call back. I called the next day and asked for John, he answered and I let him know who and the reason for call and he acted as if It was the first time calling asking to repeat. This person is NOT professional. If this is level of service/support from the beginning, then this is not a company that appreciates your business. Imagine what it would be like if you have an issue after the sales.
