I have bought a washer and dryer from Aaron's and paid it off. This time i took advantage of the 25 payment for a month on a 2 piece sectional. That was 2 weeks ago, I have called a couple time and still have not gotten my couch. What a deal they are offering, 25 dollar payment for one month but they fail to mention you will not get your stuff or if at all. Now i need to get my money back and try Rent A Center to see if they actually value customers.

I came in today for a sale that was going on. 
I was helped by two ladies.  the lady with longer dark hair had called me her "babe"
I would like to state that not only did she know I am married, but this was EXTREMELY unprofessional. 
She has made not only I, but my wife uncomfortable.
I will be asking for a different representative anytime from now on. 
I had no clue such unprofessionalism was allowed.
I am currently waiting for a delivery, and I hope that you take note to this and help us avoid coming in contact with this employee.
I have never experienced this disrespect from a employee, this definitely caught me off guard.

So I have been looking over the review and noticed they have a 3.6 or something. Let me start by saying Aarons furniture is the absolute worst! I have tried in Madera ca , Fresno ca, and almost here in Redding but I am so thankful for the reviews. My experience w your company anywhere has always been negative in Fresno you sent a delivery man to our location who hit on all 3 minor children, In Madera you guys lied about our monthly payments, then sent broken furniture which you promised to send us repaired or missing pieces, which never happened. Last I read Kaleb's post and I am so not surprised by the lack of professionalism. How rude and disrespectful to call anyone babe! Seriously its a business. I run a business and would NEVER call ANYONE babe let alone a married man/or woman anything other than their name. Perhaps you should all invest on some courses for your management and staff that include how to treat people and to live up to your word . Oh might be a good idea to also check the background on employees and not hire perverts! So I think ill pass based on your ratings and the comments on trying Redding's Aarons furniture! Congratulations Aarons you fit in with the rest of Redding. Such a disappointment.

They work with you have great prices and they're just awesome just always keep in contact with them if something happens and you can't pay right away if you call they will work with you
