Save yourself a lot of time and hassle - come here first for any kind of home improvement questions. "Specialty stores" have ridiculous egos and have nothing better to do but send you on a wild goose chase for simple parts like a faucet adapter. The people at Cole's are all know what they're doing, warm, and helpful. Andrew seems to be there before you even know you need help, 100%

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! I had this company install hybrid flooring in to my condo, and let me say i dont think I've ever dealt with a more incompetent business as this. My floor boards had to be ripped up and relaided 5 TIMES with the last time i was left with no floor boards in my kitchen for 5 days, just bare concrete. After all of this my floors we're still not right, they then had the hide to demand the final payment of a $1000. When I refused i received a letter of demand from a attorney who i can only assume is a family member of one of the owners as they both had the last name of Sperling. I also dealt with one of the other owners Tony whom i don't think ive ever dealt with anyone whose more rude and abusive and aggressive as he is. I could keep going on and on but think by now you all get the message

This store was called Sperling Carpet a number of years ago, another reviewer said the name had changed to Sherman Oaks and now it is Carpet Showcase. The man who he referred to as Mark is the same man who showed me samples and wrote information down. This store has a large number of carpet samples and what they say are specially priced stock items. Many other stores do as well, so there is no reason for me to return there. I wish I would have seen other people's negative reviews so that I would have saved myself the time and trouble of going there. My experience started out good as did that of a number of other people who also said things went bad. The salesman claimed he owned the store, wrote an item name and price on the back of his card. When I returned the next day I was told that what he had written was impossible and the price was about twice as much as he had written. Since I had it in writing it wasn't that I misunderstood. I left and went to another store to buy the carpet. I think that where there is smoke there is fire. With so many other places to patronize why go where so many people have warned about their having trouble. The man who wrote everything down never called to explain or apologize. I am glad I found an honest dealer and could buy with confidence and not risk additional problems later.

This place is the last flooring store I'll ever go to. They literally have everything you'll need down to the carpet and wood I needed to also window coverings. I didn't expect them to have those but its nice being able to do it all in one stop. Friendly salesman and hard working installer. Great job.
