Carpo's Restaurant is a Soquel/Capitola landmark, established in 1981. Since we've been open our family restaurant has been a local hangout for great-value meals with fresh, homemade recipes. Classic American favorites, healthy comfort food including award winning burgers, fresh seafood, and salad bar. We support local and organic suppliers. Order take out or come in and stay awhile.

This is a regular favorite of ours. Sometimes it can be a bit of a mad house with lines to order food and get your drinks, salads, and condiments but the quality and consistency of the food is worth it. It is a good idea when you hit it busy to divide and conquer with one standing in line to order while one scouts out a seat as seats can be hard to come by. The busboy always hustles so once you nab a table, they clear the prior occupants dishes and wipe down the table quickly so don't stress out if you have to claim a seat on the heals of a former guest. The carrot cake is the bomb so save some room!

Popular local fixture with loyal local clientele. Order at the counter for eat in or call ahead for to-go. Food is good quality American style seafood, burgers, etc. Few vegetarian options except salad bar, which is very good. Somewhat pricey for a non-table-service establishment; entree plus salad plus drink costs over $20. Gets crowded at regular lunch and dinner times, adequate seating but parking can be a problem.

Fresh salad bar and yummy homemade veggie burger. My man loved his beef burger too and sweet potato fries. For under $30, we got a whole lot of food!

Been coming to Carpos since I was a kid. Great family restaurant. A little over priced and hard to find a table sometimes, but will keep coming here
