My mouth was watering for a veal chop Bryan, they were out. Our waitress suggested the lamb chops Bryan. ( they had plenty).. I ordered them cooked medium, they were cooked perfectly! Four lamb chops Bryan grilled medium over an open flame, with a side of asparagus.    EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS !  
I'd like to go back soon to  get my veal chop.

We are extremely upset about one aspect of our experience at the Carabas in Macon Georgia. On the good side, the food was delicious and the service was also very good. 
    Unfortunately, when we used our gift card to pay, instead of taking the designated
 $15 off for the tip, the FULL gift card  BALANCE of $27.82 was taken for the tip!!!
    Fortunately, I kept the receipt and called and spoke to the manager who promised to send us a gift card 3 weeks ago. I've called four times since then, and each time have been told that the card has been put in the mail. IT HAS NOT, AND LYING ABOUT IT IS INDEFENSIBLE!!!!

It was such a great experience. The waiter Michael was super friendly and attentive. They were all out of crayons for our son so Michael brought over pizza dough and flour for him to play with. He absolutely loved it. He created such a kind rapport with us and made sure our needs were met. The food was absolutely delicious.

Waiting for service after being seated took some time but when server arrived, he did an outstanding job. The food was delicious. The service was prompt and food cooked perfect. Asked for REFILL for water and had it within 2 minutes. Very impressed with food and service, especially with the crowd for Mother's Day offers.

Order went smoothly, the server was well informed about a wide selection of food. Very much enjoyed the fetuchinnie yet unfortunately my pasta was make with chicken rather than the shrimp that I had ordered. Thoughtful staff, offered chair cushion and provided chair pillow to my grandfather. Price is as expected for Italian restaurant
