This is one of those "cozy" local restaurants everyone keeps trying to be but coming up short. Perfectly cozy with exceptionally good food at astonishingly reasonable prices. Great cuisine and friendly staff. It may be a tad hard to find as it's set back a bit from the road and tucked into a bit of strip mall but absolutely worth it. Can't recommend enough their fresh salads!

I was there for 10 minutes before getting seated, then once we were finally seated it took 15 minutes for somebody to give us menus and take our order. Every time we asked for something they didn’t bring it, we asked for the manager that person never came. They brought us salsa from another table, and once we ordered it took another 30 minutes for us to get our food and the food was cold and the nacho chips were soggy. We were in a hurry so we asked for the check in advance when we ordered our food, they didn’t give us the check until after they gave us our food. We didn’t get any napkins or straws, and the table next to us left 5 minutes after we got there and they didn’t clean it up the whole time we were there. Also when we got there all the tables hadn’t been served yet. They didn’t really care about the problems with our food they just blew it off, hey had really bad customer service. Not good at all. Personally I would never eat there again. They didn’t even clean up after their customers that had already left, disgusting.

Man these people know about customer service. Great team of waiters. I have never had a waiter be so attentive with salsa and chip and drink refills. His name is Gabriel. I highly recommend asking to sit in his section. Also, the bar tender made my fiancé a margarita. And unlike bartenders at other places that let your drink sit and let the ice melt after they make it because it's not their job to "deliver" the drink, she walked the drink over to our table after she made it because our waiter was busy taking another tables order. There were several things about this place that I noticed. I am a very meticulous person and pay very close attention to how teamwork plays its role in restaraunts. These guys got it going on. I'll be back to eat here all the way from Warner Robins.

Guitarras has the absolute best Mexican food in town. Everything is fresh and tasty, their mixed drinks are delicious and their coffee is top notch. Plus, everyone there is super friendly!
