Married anniversary, me and my wife were looking for Italian food : first impression, waitress recommended a burger (??) , we order the house fetuccini Wow!!! That was an assault beside price, quality awfully bad (taste and presentation) . Luckily my wife is cooker and we saved the night cooking at home.

I just left this location with my disabled 75-year-old mother in tears! My mother uses a wheelchair and needed to use yhe restroom. To our amazement, the handicapped accessible stall was locked with an out of order sign. The smaller stalls could not accommodate my mother's wheelchair. I spoke with three different employees outside the restroom doorabout "ootions" and each one went to find a manager (who never appeared). I rushed my mother to the front of the restaurant to make her aware of the situation. No one cared! I had to rush my mother to our home four miles away to relieve herself. How can a restaurant likw Carabba's so blatantly ignore ADA guidelines and cause such embarassment to their elderly patron. This family will never be back. Shame on you Carabba's!

My husband and I love the food here and the ambiance. We like to go mid-day on Saturdays to beat the crowds. Typically we visit at least once a month, if not more. The last time we went, which was months ago, we had a waiter who seemed either high as a kite or completely hungover, or maybe both? He'd disappear for long stretches at a time coming back smelling like he was taking a smoke break, etc. It really killed our experience and when you are spending over $60 on a meal for 2, you would expect better service. We haven't been back since.
