As a server there, I can tell you that the food is of excellent quality. I watch carefully what comes out of the kitchen and try to watch what's happening on the line when I have time. I think I provide very good service to my guests and do everything I can to make their experience an enjoyable one. I'm successful most of the time, and I hope you let me know if there is anything I can do to improve before you leave.

This was the best visit I've ever had at Outback. The food was prepared perfectly! The service.... well.... It was packed when we arrived. The food was so good that it more than compensated for the slower than desirable service. In only giving 4 stars but I will bump it up to 5 if the food is this good next visit

If you dine in, your experience should be fine. Their curbside is another story completely. Expect that your order will be wrong at curbside. (Multiple experiences)

Our order was not correct. This is the third time and we are told I am so sorry, but we have been busy. In my opinion that's a excuse. When I pay $90 plus a tip, I expect it to be correct. I understand we are all human, however third time is not your charm.

New menu. Portions of vegetables and salad keep getting smaller. My favorite steak was definitely not what it used to be. It's all still okay but less now costs more.
