Worse, rudest most dishonest business I have ever dealt with. I dropped off 7 tablecoths with the owners mother and asked how much to launder all 7? She told me $17 and wrote it on ticket. When I went in to pick up the owner told me $133. I was stunned!!! I told the owner there must be a mistake, I was told it would be $17 to launder the tablecoths? He became rude and obnoxious smirking and tellling me $17 dollars, what a joke. I told him he would need to work out something and he became angry and said no way! I reiiterated what his mother told me and he said I was wrong and his mother told me $19 a piece, I asked how he could no what his mother told me if he wasn’t there and he just yelled and repeated back that I was told $19 a piece!!! I have never been talked to and treated so rudely much less flat out lied to. I explained that I had purchased the tablecloths for $10 each on Amazon and he said “I don’t care what you paid” my charge is $19 ! He claimed there was no difference in his price to launder or dry clean. This owner is the most unprofessional and discourteous person I have ever done business with. He and his Mom have a nice little racket going on here. The only regret I have at this point is not having knocked that rude smirk off his face.

Dropped off a bridesmaid dress (with no stains) to have the straps tightened and picked it up with several stains on it. Woman was very rude and blamed the staims on me. I paid the $22 dollars when I dropped it off. When I asked if I could get half back because THEY stained it, she looked at me like I was an idiot. So I said thank you and walked out. Will never go back. Attitude sucks and I KNOW there were no stains on my dress prior to dropping it off. Bad attitudes and bad service.

The owner, David, is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever met. He gave me one price at time of drop off, then called me 5 days later to tell me he has finished cleaning everything, but at a much higher price per item. When I questioned him as to why he took it upon himself to proceed with the service, without notifying me first to assure I was ok with the "new" price, he became irate. I told him that it was not right for him to do that. And if he would have given me that price, I would have never left him my items. He continued to yell at me, slammed his hands on the counter, told me to "shut up" and leave. I have never met anyone so disgustingly rude! Needless to say, I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!
