Since my dryer was on the brink, I washed my clothes at home and went to this facility to dry my clothes. When I walked in, I went to a dryer that wasn't in use. Before I was able to put my clothes in the dryer a member of that stay approached me and told me that I couldn't use it because someone that was still washing their clothes was going to use it. I responded by asking aren't they first come first service and she replied that they were here first, even though their clothes are still being washed. This is my first experience with a laundry facility so maybe this is how they operate but I just left and I'll find another one. Seems like a bad way to run a business.

Good place to do your laundry but the downside they need air condition and heater

Had 2 drapes cleaned. They are ivory, lined, custom pinch-pleated drapes. When I picked them up they were SO wrinkled that I had to take them to another cleaner to have them re-pressed. All this for $95 CASH?  I could have done them myself as bad as they looked! 

My recommendation is to NEVER use this cleaner for anything of value
