I lived in this complex for a very long time please don't move here unless you will suffer as much as I did. 1st off you will not have control for your own A/C they will decide to turn the air on for you whether it's hot/cold. The walls are very thin so expect to smell the smoke of weed/cigarettes constantly living here. Your mailbox feels like it is a mile way because for some reason they got rid of the mailboxes indoors. There are a lot of pets in these apartments so due to the walls being very thin I am constantly spraying around my apartment with bug spray because of the fleas they attract. I've been bitten awfully because of this issue. Now they have the audacity to increase the rent from $600 to $826!! This place is definitely not worth it. I advice you to look for other places.

This place was a joke. Lived here for two years. Pool wouldn't be open until July. Maintenance took forever to fix the problems. 870 for rent not including water which was between 80-90 a month. Had an issue with aunts and it was never taken care of. Had several 90 degree days before they decided to actually turn the AC on. Incompetent staff. Do yourself a favor and don't live here.

Been living here for a over a year and I have nothing but nice things to say. I can see the changes being made and the staff are friendly and very gracious customer service goes a long way and the customer service allows me to wait out the changes as I see they are also happening as well. Apartments are a nice size for the area.

I have lived at Carriage Park for over 10 years. I love it here, sure it has it's hang ups but that's any apartment complex that isn't brand spanking new. Anytime anything goes wrong, maintenance fixes it. The pricing is fairly reasonable as well and I love the location. There's so much around here, plenty of shopping centers on Ford Rd and Plymouth Rd. So I would say it's worth it, I'm a happy camper.

This place is the worst apartment complex you could ask for. We resigned a lease with them around the time they got new management, with an agreed upon price and every single month since the new lease they are trying to tell me we owe $300 more than what our rent is. I've had to have the same argument with them every month and every time they say that I am right and they have it wrong in the system but they still put an overdue balance note on my door. I've been trying to get in contact with the office all day and there is no answer from anyone there. It is just ridiculous to me that this is an issue every single month. Not to mention the apartments are trash and not even worth what they are asking for in rent. They don't keep up on any sort of maintenance. I've had a leak under my kitchen sink for months now and nobody will come out and look at it. There was also a tree that had fallen down in our yard, took them a month and a half to get it taken care of.. This tree just so happened to be across the sidewalk, blocking the entrance to our apartment. I would not recommend that anyone move in here. The new management is trash. Lets not forget about the 4 ft potholes right next to the office that they just put some sand in to fix a couple days ago.. these have been here the whole year and a half that I have been here. It's not like they don't notice, they have to drive over them to get to work.
