Not worth almost 1000 a month to not have a generator water linked to down stairs apartment has to pay for carpet cleaning & blinds that break easily mail sits at the office for a week without being notified holly the new lady was says she don’t know anything because it’s not in front of her without even giving it a look. Washers went up but is always in repair cause it stopped spinning. Tub paint don’t last long . Ac feels like a motel not really wroth turning on if you gotta be at 7am to get the house warm yes I said ac the good thing is the Repair guys are good and Timely

Park Forest is a lovely place to stay. We have lived here for a year now and have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The apartments are nice and well-maintained. The maintenance help is only a call away, if you ever need them. They are polite, courteous and always looking out for the safety and security of the residents. Dawn and Autumn are great at what they do, trying their best to come up with new ideas for the community and the residents. I would very much recommend this as a place for your family.

Great place to stay. 
Autumn and Dawn are good people, and does a great job of coming up with ideas to do with the residents in the complex. Keep up the good work ladies.

Maintenance guys come when you need them too.  Had in incident last year and they were there to fix what was broken in a timely matter.

No issues. 
So far so good.

Great place to stay and would tell anybody to stay here.

Lived here for about a year and a half, only moving out due to moving for work. The community is always kept up. Dawn and the maintenance staff handle any issues promptly. Neighbors are respectful. Only downside is that there is no recycling.

I have section 8 and at first when I moved here it was great until I came in one day too my landlord telling me that the money didn't come in so not long after I find that Dawn Mann didn't do anything she was supposed too do she also said that everything was handled prior to me moving in but not only the apartment wasn't inspected but my section 8 never got the package she was supposed to send in long story short she's now charging me over 3,000 on back rent. AS LONG AS SHE'S HERE DONT MOVE IN
