Made a Sunday Visit to the emergency room because it was the only Doctor/Nurse working within a 30 minute radius of Owenton Kentucky on a Sunday of a Holiday weeekend. I simply needed some antibiotics and they couldn't tell me how much my visit would cost me. I asked for an average emergency room visit cost and they couldn't even give me that. How do you provide a service and you can't even tell somebody how much it's going to cost them. Very disappointed in this emergency room and their staff.

Similar experiences as others waiting a long time with no one in the hospital. I came to get a surgery wound rewrapped because it was bleeding everywhere and the doctor kept telling me he did not know what to do. Got overwhelmed. Asked me how I thought he should wrap it. Did not know how to use Tegaderm. The wound was not wrapped properly as it is a fatty tissue wound with a skin graft over it from a dog bite which requires keeping moist. I have a dry gauze over top of it. Doctor literally said he was removing himself from the situation and left the room. The hospital is dirty. There was a shoeprint on the sheet that covered the bed before I even sat down. When they came to verify my information they asked me if my emergency contact was still the same person and gave me a name I've never even heard of. One of the nurses was talking about punching a patient's face in if he had to continue listening to him run his mouth. I told them I was uncomfortable. I wanted to leave as soon as possible. As I was leaving, the patient was being arrested. This was May 16, 2017. Not even sure if that patient truly deserved being arrested. A visit I had back in August just due to convenience and location, I was told my situation was not important because the man in the room next to me just passed away. I was told to leave. I wish I knew how to report them to the BBB. I wish Google would allow anonymous reviews because I do not want to be contacted but I think this is something people should know.

Racist and incompetent people when to the emergency room with my 2 year old baby she was running with high fever and vomiting have to wait 1 hour to get my baby check out emergency room was empty if you have a emergency with your baby's take them somewhere else
