If I could give a negative 10, this would be the place. I was injured and can  hardly put pressure on my knee. I was told they would make an appt with an MRI. I called the MRI place. They never did. I h Ave not been able to walk for 30 days. I called Medicaid, called MRI. Everything was cleared. This place said it they have 15 patients in front of me. I don't understand their line of duty. But it is not for the best interest of the patient. I am from another State and when I needed surgery as I do now, it only took 3 days. Please advise absolutely nobody to use this practice.

I have seen both Dr. Ruffin and Dr. Kirby and am very pleased with how much they have alleviated my pain.  And I have likewise had great service from both the nurses there and the front desk staff.   I highly recommend this Orthopedic group!

This is hands down one of the worst offices I have ever worked with in my life. 25 year history of back problems and they deliver bad news and no answers.  Not to mention I didn't even meet a Dr. I met everyone but a Dr. Not a single person on the office knows what the other is doing.  They don't return calls and when they do they don't have solutions only more problems.

Every time my son have an appointment  it seems like because he has Medicaid he is the last one to be called back and this is with an appointment. This is sad....
