I have been going to Dr. Dana for about 20 years. Today, she had to replace a lower bridge that was the same age. She did a great job. Her pricing is always fair and all pricing is up front. Teeth look great and the fit is perfect. She only does what is necessary and would recommend her highly.

This place will waste your time for a first time patient. I had a teeth cleaning schedule for over an week. When I arrived 15 minutes early as directed by the receptionist over the phone, to fill out paper work. I was told the hygienist called out sick. I ask then why did you not call me to re-schedule the appointment. The receptionist response is we do not call first time customers. I am shocked at that answer with, no regard to the patients time. They make you sign an attendance policy on canceling/reschedule appointments. Hard to see why when they don't follow that themselves. I can see why you will not have repeat patients. I suggest to not waste your time here especially if you have to take off work. They seem to not care

Dr. Dana and her staff are very nice and courteous, However, the capabilities as a dentist are none. Her staff pressures you into getting stuff done right away, as they claim there is great decay. Once going through a procedure with Dr. Dana you realize this is not your usual dentist experience. Although they dip your hands in parafin, and give you a blanket, your procedure is perfromed while Dr. Dana chats with her assistant. The end result reflects this unprofessional behavior. I had to return several times to get a simple filling re-done, and I still experience pain while I eat. I got a crown I did not need which caused me so much pain for months to follow, I finally had to get a root canal on a tooth that was fine before Dr. Dana touched it. In addition, Dr. Dana also damaged the tooth next to the root canal, and I am now faced with a decision on what to do while I suffer. Needless to say I switch dentists right away. I learned several lessons: If a dentist office needs to lure you in with a spa treatment, beware. Go to the spa for that, and get a real dentist for your teeth. When pressured to get work done, don't! When a professional chats with someone while working on your mouth - leave!
