WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! DIRTY OLD OFFICE! UNKEPT STAFF, RUDE!!! DON'T VISIT THIS OFFICE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY. *THIS IS IN RESPONDS TO WHAT YOUR OFFICE WROTE ME: LIES, LIES!! YOUR STAFF IS LYING TO YOU! I HAD MY TWO CHILDREN WITH ME A 3 MONTH OLD AND A 3 YRS. OLD. YOU NEED TO GET ORGANIZED, BECAUSE YOUR STAFF CALLED MY HUSBAND YESTERDAY AT 4:34 PM TO ASK ABOUT OUR DENTAL INSURANCE. FIRST OFF I MADE THE APPT. A WEEK AND A HALF AGO. 2ND WHY WOULD THEY CALL RIGHT BEFORE YOU CLOSE?? WE ARE NEW PATIENTS!! GET ORGANIZED PEOPLE. AND YOUR FRONT DESK OLDER WOMEN WAS RUDE TO ME AND MY CHILDREN. MAYBE YOU SHOULD RECORD THEM WHILE THEY ARE WORKING. I ALSO WAS NOT ABLE TO PRINT OUT THE MEDICAL HX FORMS BECAUSE OF THE BLUE PRINT ON YOUR FORMS. AND SHE REPLIED FOR ME TO CHANGE THE SETTING ON MY COMPUTER. ME CHANGE IT --- REALLY!! TO LATE I AM ALREADY THERE. ALSO I GOT THERE 10 MINS. BEFORE MY APPT. AND I COULD TELL THEY DID NOT WANT TO SEE ME YOUR STAFF WAS WHISPERING TO ANOTHER OLDER STAFF MEMBER. I FEEL IS THOUGH THEY WERE BEING RACIST (LOOK UP THE DEFINITION). THIRD OF ALL , EVERYONE HAS EYES AND CAN SEE YOUR OFFICE IS OUT OF DATE WITH OLD XRAY UNITS AND EQUIPMENT. MOST PEOPLE WORK VERY HARD FOR THERE MONEY AND WITH DENTAL OFFICES ON EVERY CORNER WHY WOULD ONE GO HERE? ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR STAFF IS TURNING AWAY BUSINESS. ****** SO IN FACT, THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE AND MY HONEST OPINION, ( I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW BEFORE). BUT I FEEL PEOPLE REALLY NEED TO KNOW THIS ABOUT YOUR OFFICE. I THINK YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER AND THIS SHOULD BE A LEARNING LESSON FOR YOU. NOT TO BASH A CUSTOMER, WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ABILITIES??. AND I AM NOT SLANDERING YOU, THIS IS MY OPINION,AND MY EXPERIENCE AT YOUR OFFICE AND I HAVE A RIGHT TO VOICE MY OPINION. PLEASE GET SOME HELP FOR YOUR OFFICE IT HAS SOME POTENTIAL. ***WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.

The best experience ever. Had a problem while visiting and Dr. Rich took care of my tooth was painless and did a great job. His office staff were great at getting me in too. Thanks again Dr. Rich Mancuso
