The attorneys at Carson & Kyung apply creativity, skill, and technology to effectively represent clients. Our attorneys and staff represent clients with their bankruptcy, business, immigration, and personal injury matters. Our team entered the legal profession sharing the same core principles for client representation – dedication, integrity, honesty, determination, understanding, and perseverance.

Mission

Founders Trevor Carson and Peter Kyung entered the legal profession sharing the same core principles for client representation - dedication, integrity, honesty, determination, understanding, and perseverance. After working for other law firms, private organizations, and government entities, Trevor and Peter decided it was time to establish their own firm in order to effectively represent Clients.

We went in for a consultation in hopes of obtaining my wife's permanent residency, and we liked his demeanor so much that we decided to hire him almost immediately. Peter did not disappoint. He was calm and reassuring when we expressed any worry, and was enthusiastic and upbeat when we needed encouragement. He was super sharp and knew the details of our case off of the top of his head, sometimes quicker than even we could recall them! Our emails were always answered within minutes. Our case was successful and we have Peter to thank for providing all his support; in not just the technical law aspects, but in keeping our spirits up. We would not hesitate to hire him for anything else regarding immigration.

Peter is definitely a professional, dedicated, passionate, and talented attorney. I received a 204(c) denial. I hired two different attorneys and they couldn't help me, and each one of them caused an extra mess to my case. Finally, we found Peter Kyung. We was fortunate that Peter decided to take on our case. Peter had an extraordinary amount of cleaning up and correction of errors that both of the previous attorneys made. He treated us with great respect and answered all of our questions and concerns very diligently. Peter was very dedicated with our case and took it on with a great passion. All his hard work and dedication was a great successions for both of us. Peter always gave us the best advice. Even though we were in a tough situation, he always told me "no matter what happen, life has to happen". 
God guided us through this rough road, and Peter took over from there and made it happen for us. Peter, you are the best of the best!

Peter Kyung was a great help in an exhausting process of getting​ a green card! My husband and I were doing all the paperwork without an attorney but unfortunately​ my adjustment of status interview didn't go well and we received​ invitation notice​ for the follow-up​ interview. That's when we found Peter and decided to hire him right away. It was super short notice, only 2 weeks, but he found time for our case and told us what we need to do, what documents we need to have to succeed​. Really, only thanks to Peter's guidance​ I received​ an approval​ on the spot.

After two conversations with Peter Klung we agreed on a contract.  I came in from out of town to sign and get started.  Upon entering the empty office and waiting 20 plus minutes past my appointment I was notified they didn't know when he would be free.....??  This ""law office''.....is amateur hour... ran by amateurs.  Look at their pictures...low budget place....their law degrees or so called education is probably fake as well.  I'm glad they saw none of my money......no thanks.
