If you’ve been in a car accident and need a TRUSTWORTHY attorney to represent you, I highly recommend Ed Smith and his team, specifically George and Linda. Believe that they truly are a 5+++ star firm. My case was settled after more than a year, but it took this long because George and Linda fought for me to get the last penny possible. I loved that they both kept me informed of every single update on my case, no matter how small it was. Both George and Linda responded to my emails, texts, and calls PROMPTLY. I wish I never went through what I did, but I am glad I chose them. Right from the start until the very end they will take care of you. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate that Ed lowered his fee so I could have more money in my pocket. Linda was the most assuring all along, and George never failed to answer my questions while reminding me that I was in good hands- and he was right !
Bottom line is, I will always be so thankful to this firm because when they say they treat their clients like family, they mean it, at least that’s how they made me feel. Now I see why their reviews are nothing but good things.

I highly recommend Ed Smith and George!     I got rear ended and had no idea where to start.    Saw the great reviews on Yelp and decided after the first meeting to go with them.  Not only did we settle, but George was able to get another big settlement that I wasn’t expecting.

It took this office 2yrs to finalize a rear end accident. Out of those 2yrs the office may have called us a total of 3x, we were the ones having to call and check the status of the case. I feel the attorney is afraid of going to court and does what he can to settle outside of court. Even when the case was settled we were told to keep some of the money in case our car insurance wanted back what they paid for our medical bills. So we have money we cant touch (for 4yrs) in case our insurance demands what they paid out, due to the accident not being our fault. I honestly feel we could have done a better job representing ourselves and would have settled a lot sooner.

Megan at Ed Smith Law Offices truly did a fantastic job with my case, and I can't recommend her enough! When I got injured, I was new to the process and really unsure what to do at all and was honestly quite scared. Megan made the whole thing so stress free, was on top of everything and kept me in the loop, and in the end I settled quickly and very fairly. I'm really happy I went with Ed Smith :DDD

i would like to thank Janet Viduya at Edward smith law office for her outstanding work and effort in my accident claim. Janet's personal knowledge and experience in personal injury cases was a relief. she and her staff were thorough, professional, and extremely compassionate. I was treated with dignity and respect throughout the process. I was made to feel comfortable and secure with all the legal issues that arouse from a seemingly cut and dry case. Had I not sought legal advice, the insurance company of the defendant would have left me high and dry with medical bills, and thousands of dollars in damages.
