Christmas season, need a purse, and I get the worse person. She had no knowledge of the items (purses) I was looking at. When I asked her to get the purse I wanted she acted as if wasn't there. Cutting story short I asked to speak to manager and she said she was one????? Acting as she did I can't believe it. I asked some one else for a higher up and was told they were all out to eat. Went to Penny's and was waited on with smiles and politeness.

A coupon for $15 off of a $15 OR more purchase was sent to my home. After driving all the way to Carson's and spending over an hour in the store (making sure none of the things I was purchasing were exclusions)my coupon was not honored. I was told that I had to spend more than $15 in order for it to work. Even though the coupon itself said $15 was the minimum I had to spend. My mother has had some problems with coupons not being honored as well. I will no longer go out of my way to shop Carson's and will just order things through internet stores such as Amazon from her on out.

Counter manager at Clinique is a godsend she is so polite and terrific to deal with. She only tried to sell what I needed didn't try to push a bunch of unneeded products on me.

Similar experience last year. I had to tell the woman to go away while i was changing in dressing room. She had come back a third time and i felt she was checking to see if i was stealing. I told her i wasn't stealing and to go away. I was so upset i avoided shopping there for a while. Sad because there are some nice people working there.
