Sears is currently closing forever. Everything must go. Today I bought a gorgeous jacket originally priced at $60 for $38. Staff was patient and friendly, store had a ton of potential. They are still open for a few more days, so please show your support and buy the last remnants of a dying piece of Americana. I will very much miss this store. Coupons will not be honored, but you can use your Shop Your Way account.

Poor return policy. My wife and I bought a Chicago Bulls shirt last week for our grandson and shirt did not fit so we looked for the receipt but could not find it. We thought being that we were going to just exchange it and all of tags were still on it that it would not be a problem? Thought wrong even if you have item with tags still on them you cannot exchange at Sears without a receipt.

The old lady working the jewelry department had the audacity to tell my mother, who is one of the most hardworking, caring people, that she could not see a pair of necklaces from the jewelry case because, "they were to expensive for her." First of all, you're working at a sears in bourbannis, IL, who are you to decide what is to expensive for someone? Second, no matter how my mom, or anyone looks, YOU DO NOT KNOW THEIR STORY. They could have mountains of money, & still choose to dress or present themselves how ever they want!!! Maybe they have even been saving up to buy some jewelry for their love ones. Either way, moral of the story is, YOU DONT KNOW WHAT OTHERS HAVE BY JUDGING THEIR APPEARANCE. So to the old, rude, inconsiderate lady working the jewelry department at sears in bourbannis, IL. On December 23, 2017 at 6:00 pm... screw you & I can't wait for your bad karma to get you.

Not very crowded. Has most tools I need. Decent selection of Outdoor power equipment parts.
