I came in to make a payment the two people at cashier were too busy having conversation w customers and acted like I was invisible then comes another stands by the open register I come over and she leaves. I kept my patience and waited for the chatting customers. I'm finally next and yes shoot me I couldn't find my Carson's card. The lady at the register gave me an attitude and tells me if I don't have my card I can't make a payment. Okay now I still walk over to perfume department with intentions to buy. No one ever approached me. I told the woman at the counter about Chanel promo that last year they didn't have one and I smiled. She replies we have them every year for Christmas but never once ask can I help you. Okay keep walking around the counter not one approach. Except the nice lady at Elizabeth Arden counter, she was about the only real sales woman I can say knows customer service. I will say make sure your people when you hire them have some kind of customer service skills along with diversity and are a younger happier group. I just drove myself to Nordstroms for the Chanel promo.

I have gone to this Carson's 3 times in the past week. Some of the staff are more interested in talking to each other than meeting the needs of us customers. Also, your coupons tell you what you can't use them for. Maybe you should tell us in writing what we can use the coupons on. Frustrating!!!!@

This store has great deals but the dumbest policies and worst customer service with terrible staff. I spent an hour dealing with a manager that didn't know any of the policies or know how to read a coupon. Only after he scans something does he tell us about a policy for that specific item. Overall just a bad experience.

I went to this Carsons and there was no employees around and there was only person per floor and the lines were very long and the store was very messy and I had to leave my items because I'm not going to wait hours just to get my items . You need to get more employees or give other employees more hours!!
