Had to come in twice, the first time was around 1AM and they were fairly polite, but when I came in at 4 PM they were super rude and treated me like they wanted me gone.

Terrible experience. Had my gallbladder removed. Came back into the emergency room that same night with complications from surgery. Nurse who attended me was terribly rude!! I was in tears from the pain. I had surgery that same day! Just a few hrs prior and Denied helping me move from the wheelchair to the bed. I tried to do it on my own. Didn't know there were some wires that I was laying on. She started to tuck and pull with no care at all. Then tells me to sit up. Couldn't move on my own I asked for help again!!! She said "nope u can do it alone." Wasn't until my dad walked in and yelled at her saying "hey take it easy what the hell she just had surgery!" Terrible terrible hospital. Never going back there again. !

These people are the ER are useless!!!! Why are they titled with the word "doctor" when they don't try hard enough to figure out what is wrong with and still send you home in pain. It's just rediculous. And I have to every doctor I have been to can't figure anything out. These people who are called docotors should have the title ripped from them!!! Very unprofessional. Steven Astiago or something what ever his name is, was rude and unprofessional. Told me to go to primary for help, primary didn't do anything for me either that's why I'm at the er. Also why do er discharge appears say to come to er with the symptoms you are having. Isn't that why I am there!?!!? Don't go here and waste your time!

My elderly mother went in there with pain in her knee and they we're extremely rude and said she was just there to get drugs like she was some kind of junkie. It turns out later she had a major complication with the tendons in her knee that required surgery. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy even if you are bleeding out and dying I would consider telling them to take you elsewhere. The worst hospital experience I have ever had.

My mother fell and broke her arm about 10 days ago. The Dr. in the ER and the Dr. on the second floor both said the break wasn't bad enough for surgery --today we found out that the ball had completely broken off the bone in her upper arm and would need completed joint replacement. I could see in the X-ray from 10 feet away and I'm not anything in the medical field. Those 2 stupid morons shouldn't be allowed to put a bandaid on a cut--what incompetent assholes. My review would have been no star if it was allowed
