Carter Mario, CEO and President of Carter Mario Injury Lawyers, is passionate about customer service. What began as a general practice law firm in 1989 in Milford, Connecticut, grew into a firm dedicated exclusively to Connecticut personal injury law under the direction of Carter Mario in 1998.

A complete restructuring enabled the firm to get back to the basics and put all the focus on clients. A team approach, including a case management system that pairs each client with a personal case manager, supervisor, and Connecticut accident attorney, ensures all clients are constantly informed about their case.

Carter Mario makes it clear that client contact is the number one priority—clients are guaranteed a return call the same day, or lunch is on the firm.

Been trying for about a week to get to talk to an atty. I spoke to the initial clerk who said someone would get right back to me. NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME! Asked today if they are too busy just say so and I will go to someone else for litigation. The reply was LET ME AX YOU A FEW QUESTIONS...I hung up!

Excellent client services and professional.  The team has helped me incredibly throughout the aftermath of an accident from day one.  I am so glad that I chose to entrust in this firm to handle the complex things that I simply could not do.  They are not only professional, but they are personable.  They sometimes call or email to just see how you are doing.  If you want the best service with a personalized touch and honest/integrity you will find it here.  My team (Joshua, Maria, and Tashona) have been simply amazing.

My experience with CM has been spectacular. Their service and professionalism is second to none. I went to them after my car accident, gave them all of the details, and they basically took care of the rest.  Ivy is the best case manager ever! She contacts me whenever there is an update on my case, or just to check in to see how my health is progressing. Would highly recommend.

Word can not express how Fantastic it has been to have Team of Carter and Mario represent me.  Maria has been wonderful keeping me will informed step by step on my case. Just love it. And team leader Giuliana when out of her way to assist me and getting my car/repair/ and the money to have mu car replace something that she did not have to do. I give Team Mario 5 stars.

Ever since my car accident Carter Mario has really helped me with my case especially my caseworker Ivy. She always returns my phone calls, and make sures that I don't miss any of my appointments.She always helps me, and she always keeps me updated with my case. She is very nice and friendly, and makes sure she is available to talk me when I need to speak with her. I would like to thank her for having the patience and professionalism to work with me.
