Very disappointed in how Atty Volman handled our case. He was very arrogant in and out of the courtroom. He was very unorganized and made us look like idiots in the courtroom. I often overheard other professionals involved in the case speak about his incompetence. Im not sure how he has "30 years of experience" because he seemed to always be lost and making things as he went along. Save yourself lots of time, money and aggravation by not going to him.

Horrible horrible attorney!!! David G. Volman lied about moving court dates, did as little as possible, belligerent, arrogant... Did not help me in a very difficult divorce case, offered no advice, didn't even do the minimum to be considered my attorney. Had to fire him the day before scheduled trial date. Should be disciplined by state bar for incompetence. Will undoubtedly post a retort to cover his A**, but I have written email proof of his transgressions and lies. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!

Attorney Volman has been instrumental in successfully representing me in several legal issues. He has proven to be a tough negotiator who always has his clients best interest in mind.
I would not hesitate to recommend him to other family and friends in need of strong legal support.

Attorney David Volman was very knowledgeable  and concise. He represented me in a difficult real estate sale. He was excellent in negotiations with the bank.  I recommend him highly. I also thank him for all his help.
