The women I worked with were amazing! I would definitely recommend the services of Carter Mario to my friends and family if they ever need it. After being involved in a car accident I was nervous and confused about the process and the steps it would take to get everything resolved. Jessica and DeBorah were there through out every step of the process. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and my lawyer went as far as calling me from home even when she was sick to follow up with me. To say the least these woman were friendly, courteous and extremely thorough when it came to my case. It has been clear from the beginning, that they were invested in making sure justice was served in my case and I am forever grateful.

I sincerely recommend Carter Mario injury lawyers if you or your loved ones are in need of attorneys. I was in a terrible accident and was struck from behind and sustained injuries. At the time I did not have access to health insurance and felt helpless. I truly feel so fortunate that I decided to click on their website. I had never been through something like this, and had never been to an injury lawyer before. But I'm fortunate that I called Carter Mario. Michele Wilkinson and the Hartford office was so helpful and took care of my every need, even though at the time I ha just lost my job of 5 years because my employer sold our company and moved out of state. So, I did not have insurance, my finances were tight, and I had no car because it was totaled in the accident. Right away, CM took on my case and helped file my claims and within a few days I had a rental car and they sent me to a real doctor right in the area, who treated me quickly and with great attention. They also helped enroll me in physical therapy a mile away from my home, and took care of my every need and supported me through this difficult time. I don't know what I would've done without them. The Hartford Office team was so kind and attentive to my needs. They treated me like family. With Michele Wilkinson managing and quarterbacking my case, Clinton Baker checking in weekly as my point of contact, and Attorneys Ayala and Fong working with the defending insurance company, I felt as if they were all family attending to one of their own. They worked hard to garner the results deserved for my injuries, but most importantly, they were attentive to my needs and concerned and supportive of the progress of my treatment and health. They genuinely cared about getting me back to the life I lived before my unfortunate accident and served myself and my family with honest integrity and due diligence. I now have come so far from those helpless days after my accident where I felt alone and scared, and couldn't move without severe pain. I am thankful that all it took was a simple click and a phone call, and Carter Mario took me into their family and attended to every issue and need. Even now that my case is settled, I feel part of their family forever, and would would recommend their service to any family or friends or anyone in need like I was. To this day they check in and see how my job interview went, and how my family is or my vacation went. They genuinely care, and I know that I've made a lasting friendship and partnership with them. They will put your mind at ease and vigorously fight on your behalf so that you can focus on your treatment and getting back to normal life again. I had the best experience, lawyers and staff are very friendly, polite and took very good care of us. They explains everything step by step, returning out phone calls, took their time to answer all our questions And concerns. Hopefully we won't have to go back but Carter Mario will be my lawyers again. Keep the good Job!
