Carter’s Store is located near Target, TJ Maxx and other stores located at West Village, Morrisville, NC. The shop is specialised in kid wears. It has got lot of varieties. Rates are competitive, staff friendly and helping. Free parking is available in front of store. Its location is good as it is located nearby other prominent stores. Kids dresses are nice with full of varieties that would force you to buy dresses for your loved ones. Dresses can be bought for kids of different ages. Visit and see yourself.

I'm not the kind of customer who takes time to review when dissatisfied, rather would do the opposite. It takes quite a bit to piss me off. I went to the Carter's store on 3/7/2016 around 12:00 noon. There was only one cashier/store person (CASHIER: Felicia that's the name on the receipt) and at least 7-8 of the customers. Every time I walk in Carter's I get greeted, she didn't even bother saying anything, I get that part she being busy, and will overlook it. Then I queued up after 3 people, I had a return and a store pick up. when I reached the counter, she said I'll have to wait aside, as there is no one else there (according to her her store manager just got a stomach flu hence left, and she was not even supposed to be there but she's stuck alone on a Monday). Quoting her "you'll have to wait, there is no one else, so I can't go to the back to get your packet, I'll have to first attend everyone in the line". I've never heard such a logic in my whole life. there were at least 7 customers behind me. I just stepped aside. after clearing 3 more customers (each of whome bought at least 10-15 clothing item, she asked me to write down my name. I did, she went to the back (I mean if it's really a store policy, that she can't go to the back leaving the store un-atteneded, how can she suddenly break it? she came back with my package and asked me to sign some file for pick up confirmation, I said "I have these for return too". And then her exact reply was " Oh! for that you have to queue in the line, I just can't do that, just come in the line". I was shocked and surprised beyond imagination saying " I was in the queue, you just asked me to step aside when I came saying you can't fetch the packet" she didn't even reply (and was talking to the person behind me saying how she's stuck on a monday as her manager had to keave with "these issues") then she cleared one more customer behind me and then did my return. After my experience that day in the store, I'm seriously re-considering going back again, and I can assure I'll not be back or buy anything if she's there as a cashier. It was definitely one of the worst store experiences I had considering all the stores I go to. That person seriously need to work on her customer service skills.
