As someone who is not a runner (barely walk either) and just wanted comfortable shoes, I was surprised at the level of customization provided by the store. From their technology that analyzes the 3D shape of my foot to watching my walking pattern, I got a highly customized point of view BEFORE even needing to try out shoes. The three shoes the employee offered me were all fantastic, high quality, and provided me with a comfortable experience. The price is a bit high, but it was well worth the money for a shoe with a perfect fit. Instead of having to try on shoe after shoe, they analyze our traits and suggest shoes that are all good fits. Amazing experience!

I LOVE Fleet Feet and the Morrisville location is great. Awesome customer service and the fit specialist patiently answered all of my questions! You don't just get quality products, you make sure you get the quality products that are right for you. I started here on a recommendation for the shoe fit process and have continued to shop for shoes here, as well as running apparel and accessories. Tried one of their Saturday morning run programs this past summer and it was a lot of fun! They often host in-store events, too. Highly recommend them.

Had a great experience today in the Morrisville store. Had some questions about hydration products with carbohydrates, was guided to Tailwind which I read good reviews about. Friendly staff got me in and out quickly. Will be back!
