Natalie was Very rude! Does not know what she is doing. Will not return back to the store. Have been shopping here for years and has never had a issue. Once I entered the store she stayed on the computer and did not assist me just looked at me and turned her head until she was done. Not customer friendly and very disappointed knowing this is a children's store and you have employees acting like this.

Lady in charge today, who returned an item I bought online on paypal was rude, and lost my receipt, a hard copy that was sent to us with the shipment, she just said: I do not have it sir!!
Not happy at all...
