I'm not sure if it was because the store was pretty busy but I didn't feel welcomed right away..I looked around for a bit and then asked for help and received it after a short wait! First time buying a bra from this company but most def will continue in the future..the associate was very helpful at finding my correct bra size...I was frustrated wearing a DD cup when all along I'm a 38G face palm.. Def reccommend 💞

It was my first time in Lane Bryant.  I had to buy a bra.  ALL of the sales associates were super sweet and very helpful.  I had never been sized before and the staff handled this with the utmost professionalism ( I was so embarrassed and shy). They made this experience great for me and I will definitely be back to shop at Lane Bryant in Tower Shops because the  staff just made me feel at home.

I love the staff at this location. Very helpful. Usually i go shopping with my sister and girls but the last time i was alone and the ladies help me alot.  I love this lane bryant. Thank you ladies for the help. And making me feel awesome.

I  just had the best shopping experience of my life. A very pleasant young lady greeted me the moment I walked in. After she finished with the customer she was helping i asked for her assistance, she was ever so helpful and found me exactly what I was looking for on the clearance rack  and then told me clearance was buy one get one free!!! The selection while small was very nice. The cashier was very nice as well and very funny. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a good deal and great service.
