I would highly recommend this company. I've used them twice now, once for clogged pipes and another time for a waterheater replacememt. On Both appointments Matt and one of his staff were prompt, professional and friendly. Overall exceptional experience.

Called them because when moved into home we discovered that we had no hot water.  I looked at the water heater and the pilot light was not lit. I tried lighting it about seven or eight times with no success.

I called Carters and a couple hors they came out as promised.  Carter's is only two miles from my house.  When their plumber checked the water heater  he found the pilot light was lit.  He turned the dial for the temperature and the burner lit. 

For that 5 to 10 minute job I was charged $164.90.  I feel this not very fair and I will never call them again.  Even though it took only 10 minutes max they charged $95, their standard hourly labor charge.

Matt and his partner showed up on short notice....took care of the work I had for them, And the price was very reasonable.  Great experience.  I will not hesitate to use these guys again.

Set up 2 separate appointments with Carters and each time they didn't show and didn't call to tell us they weren't coming.  After the second missed appointment  I called multiple times with no answer.  They gave me 4 hour windows for arrival that we waited through and wasted two separate days.  Would not recommend!

I have called at least 8 times, left messages, never received call back. I called a few times and the mailbox was full. I was finally lucky and someone answered. I was promised they would come out either later that day or the next day "for sure". I never heard from them and couldn't leave a message, full mailbox. I have been a customer in the past, but not again.
