Got new windows installed. They came 6 hours before thier appointment and when i told them they had the wrong time they said someone changed on thier sheet (come to find out it was changed and i wasnt told) and they are here now. This made me have to change every appointment i had for the morning. 

I then instructed the guys to save to old windows. They tried really hard but had to cut them up. I told them not to spend too much time on it because i just need the indavidual window pieces with the glass because i am going to use them for a project. I reiterated my instructions when they informed my brother they couldnt save them. I again said i didnt care and just needed the parts with nonbroken glass. 

So they took all of the windows instead. When i called the project manager. He did nothing but make excuses, tells me he talked to the guys and that he knows what i said even though he wasnt there. Then he began to critique how I complain. He just called me back and gave 3 excuses of why they didnt leave the windows but then said if it was written on the contract that he would owe me an apology. Yet the 3 excuse he gave he said it was against home depot policy to leave them. Still not one apology, more bs excuses. Ill offer my customer service training to yoir team because after those last two conversations I am shocked the Home Depot would ever have someone who would treat a client like i have been treated.
