We bought a camper for a person in need and we wanted it to be checked out. I called them and asked for full camper inspection, but especially for propane tank instalation inspection. Over the phone they said that of course they will do it for me. After two days I called and asked if I can picked it up and they said that it is ready. When I went there they said that they could not check it, because my camper did not polane tank (before they siad nothing about it, so I figured that as a camper place they will have some!!!) Furthermore, the guy that was taking care of me siad that I am crazy if I will let somebody live in that thing ( try to be nice to somebody this day and not be judged). Well many people would agree that it is better to live in 17-years old camper than to be homeless, but not them. I asked for propane instalation again  and somehow they said that it will be done and I can pick it up next day. Next day I came back and I asked if the stove will work and everything and those are the words "we check it, but I dont know if this will work". Then they wanted to rip me off for another 50$ for checking it, but not knowing if this will work. This company is a joke. They had so many bad reviews that they created another account on Google. I never meet so incompetent people...

HORRIBLE.... They were paid as on work order to repair roof and water damage to interior walls. We paid them 2,900 to repair roof, and replace damaged wall inside, and they did none of that!! It had been raining and roof was still leaking in exact same place no interior wall or insulation was put in, and when brought to there attention they threw a piece of wood on floor area did not even fix leak, and did not put in any insulation, or walls!!! There was nothing but excuses even though the work order clearly stated walls? The only thing that they were not expected to do was cosmetics, and they stated that walls were cosmetic, and I would like to know When did a WALL become cosmetic, and the Owner who knew what we had spoke about was not there, and the other man identified himself as co-owner did nothing to do a even half A** job to rectify or account for charges. The problem with this company is there lack of ethics, or a obligation to there customers to do there job, and I pray that another company comes in and wipes out there monopoly so they either have to do there jobs properly, or get completely wiped out!!!!!  NO STARS as I only HAD to put it in to be able to Publish this rating! PLEASE read Busy Bee is part of this business!!!
Searching for experience rv technicians and carpenters ? the Military has afforded me a financing once a business plan is put in to place by July 1st. Will be doing quality repair with Work orders that are legitimate, and clear! will Be Hiring please be advised all work will have to be done to perfection and a work order will specify hr Labor and material on all repairs. I am relocating a specialist from Ohio will be here by 4/1/2016 it time to get the right work by the right people! Nothing will go out of my shop without a step by step confirmation on repairs!!!!

I can sum my service up in 1 word:  HORRIBLE!!!!  They never want to help you with anything and if they do they act as though it is an inconvenience to them.  You would think they would appreciate the business, but they actually act like they could care less about your business.  I dont know how they stay in business with the attitudes that they have especially the gentleman that answers the phone, he is the rudest person that I have ever talked to in customer service.  If you dont like people or answering the phones then you definitely need another profession or sit behind closed doors so no one can see or talk to you.
