I recently purchased a Ford Explorer from Lookout Ford and my experience could not have been better! Our sales rep, Tracy Merkley, was very efficient throughout the whole process!! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were purchasing and answered any questions that we had. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

My wife and I went to Lookout Ford a few days ago to get an oil change and tire rotation on her 2013 Ford Escape. While we were at Lookout Ford I asked the parts guy if they had a mat for the cargo area of our Ford. We ended up purchasing this mat that not only captures the sand or whatever we throw at it but it fits perfectly and it says "Escape" in the end so it adds to the interior look. As a whole, we enjoyed our experience and will be back! Thanks guys and gals!

The day I was supposed to head back to Florida my battery died. I called the service department and spoke with Gina, I told her my situation and she was extremely helpful!! Even though they were really busy she was able to my car serviced so we could get home!! If I lived in Morehead City this would be the only place I would go!! I highly recommend!! Kris Spring Hill FL

We bought 2 cars from Lookout in a week's time. Chip and Jon are great! Chip was the salesman and he wasn't pushy at all. He got us the right vehicles for the right price. Jon is one of the Managers there and he was also really helpful. They remember our names when we come in (of course, its Charlie Brown and Michelle Brown, so its kind of easy to remember) and always speak. I called back a week after purchasing my car because I remembered I left a CD in the CD player that my son, who is a Marine stationed in California, had given me for Christmas. It may seem silly to need a CD so badly, but it was just kind of sentimental. Sylvia answered when I called and went out of her way to find the CD and called me back within just a few minutes to let me know she had it. I can't say enough good things about the friendliness of the staff at Lookout Ford. I will recommend you guys to everyone I know!
