I use to go here all the time but tonight was terrible. I ordered two small sundaes and they put one scoop of ice cream in each of the containers which was barely half the containers. One was chocolate chip cookie dough and it was basically just vanilla ice cream. I swear it literally only had a singular piece of cookie dough, probably the size of a dime, throughout all of it and barely any chocolate chips. Absolutely terrible experience and I drove out of my way to this particular carvel cause it use to be the best one. Definitely not going back to this one again. Extremely disappointed.

I'm sorry but I asked for rum raisin and the ice cream was barely made.  Two or three raisins and rum was forgotten. I also bought the whale ice cream cake, I don't know if it was from an old batch but it wasn't fresh.  So disappointing :/

I wanted something different and couldn’t decide and the young lady working behind the counter, Jenni asked me what my favorite flavors are and what type of candy I enjoy. I told her and she suggested I get the peanut butter cup swirl. It was delicious! I am only mad I didn’t take a picture because it was prepared so perfectly. You always expect tasty ice cream but that’s exceptional service.

Stopped by for some soft serve and were very happy to see the many options they had available. Staff was very friendly and patient. Our 2yo especially loved her first ever ice cream with sprinkles!!

50 cents per cone hand scooping charge???   What is this scam?   Since when is scooping ice cream so labor intensive. This place has really gone down hill.  On top of increased prices they add on this disgusting surcharge.  Next time I’ll go someplace else.  You just lost a long time customer.

This place serves the best ice cream, it is also very clean at all times. The workers are very kind and hard-working, their ice cream is worth the money because it tastes so good. This place is definitely my favorite place to go. They have all sorts of ice cream and you guys need to try it!

Love coming here as it's the closest from our house. S/O loves their milkshakes and I love all their fresh-tasting ice cream.

To be honest, why are u guys not going to the carvel store just because someone said it isn’t clean. It’s their opinion. People have different opinions. In my opinion the place is absolutely amazing and also very clean. The staff is very kind and friendly too. I would suggest you guys to go to this carvel.

All I have to say is buy 1 get 1 free wed is the GREATEST!!! and all the help there is the best this place gets packed I mean out the door packed and every girl and guy working is smiling and polite no matter how long the line they work as a team and get it done live it here keep up the great work guys
