Excellent Carvel Excellent variety & great customer service

They Ran Out Of Soft Serve Which Was A Downer BUT The ONLY Employee There Handled It Like A Champ, Was Super Nice & Gave Us Hard Ice Cream For The Famous BYGO Sale...  The Store Was VERY Clean...  NOT Too Long Of A Wait Either...  Overall A Nice Outing For The Family...We Enjoyed Our Delicious Sundaes!!!

Ice cream was good.  The 2 young girls working there definetly need to be more friendly and courteous. Maybe even try smiling and saying have a nice day to the customers especially when they are 5 year old children.  So very unpleasant that I wanted to go back in and let them know myself but didn’t want to embarrass them. It was a Sunday March 31 between 4-5 pm.

one of the most grossest places on earth the floors were disgusting and there were roaches in the corner, if they can't even take care of the store and place where costumers can see imagine how disgusting it is in the back where we can't see!!! ruined the entire feel for me. would not recommend if i could give a -100 of a rating i would. never EVER going back.

I have been monitoring them for some time now. They overcharge you for shakes and carvelanches. They will charge a fee for "extra toppings" when you only have your original 1 free included topping. They are easily cashing in at least $10,000 per year from illegally adding fees to your bill. Most people never question it because they don't see an itemized receipt. When I confronted the manager he said, "It's, OK!" and gave me my money back. Some legal action needs to be taken here!

great and kind employees! just did some work for their store and they were attentive and took care of us! very nice people.

The owner is great and so is the gentleman who served us our delicious ice cream!  We love this Carvel!!!

worst place I've ever been to, there was only one staff member who seemed good but after speaking to her she's quitting so i hope they shut down or actually get people how know what they are doing

I love this place is so clean,everything is fresh.Good stop on thr hot day,they also have ice cream cakes.

Only prob is there posted closing time is 10pm, but they been closing at 9pm since pandemic
