Ice cream is typical soft serve that is completely indistinguishable from any other soft serve. Nothing special, but the kids love it. Cold Stone is at least twice as good.

A clean place, but limited selection in terms of hard and soft serve ice cream. In my opinion, the ice cream doesn't have that rich creamy taste that you can get elsewhere.

The multiple times I've been here, nobody is happy and/or helpful. I live a block away and would come here more often if there was better customer service.

Great place, location. Service isn't the best. It's Carmel though! I like Bedford Carvel better.
