I was thrilled that I was able to order a Cookie Cake and have it delivered on the same day! It looked terrific and tasted great too! My son loved it. I will absolutely buy cookie gifts from Cookies by Design in the future.

No issues with ordering or delivery and the person I sent the cookie basket to was very pleased!

I have used you many times and have always been very happy with the outcome, so have the recipients. When part of my order wasn't available they called me and suggested a replacement item, for the same price as the item I originally ordered, even though it was a bit more expensive, at no extra charge to me. I thought that was excellent customer service!!

The person I ordered for RAVED about the quality of the cookies.The hand delivery was much faster than I anticipated. I called for an update and the customer service was fast and friendly. Definitely using them again !!!
