Just moved there. The managers and people of the park are 100% the finest I've met in a long time. This is where Cape Canaveral is called PARADISE

Hi, I just wanted to say that we stopped at this quaint little park to stay for a few months to get through the busy winter . We stayed almost 2 years, the manager and his wife became like Dad & Mom to all of us there, in my opinion. Chuck & Donna where very fair to Debra and I, and always there when we needed them.
I miss Carvers Cove a great deal.The park is very nice, river in the back yard, close to beach, but the best part is everyone looks out for each other, and this makes you feel welcome and safe.

This is one of my favorite places.  We were supposed to be here for a month or two and wind up staying 2 years.  I loved this place.  You have the beach 5 blocks up and the river in your backyard.  The people are family to me.  We miss them very much.  The place is quiet with the pier in the back for fishing or kayaking.  We had some great get togethers with everyone.  Everyone is helpful and there for one another.  It's ashame we had to leave do to family obligations but would love to revisit again in the future.

The staff was very helpful and nice. Stayed a week. No problems. Quiet campground. Loved  sitting on the pier in the afternoon watching some beautiful sunsets.

I came here to help my very you g girlfriend with her kids and have been terrorized by the landlord .He turned off the hot water the stock tire out the satalite dish grabbed my arm a d shoved me to the ground we have made several police reports and the police have done nothing . He calls DCF on her every day scudding her of drugs prostitution guns and this is a single game mother of 2 who is in her mid 30s I cannot believe this I guess living in a retirement community is aweful these washed up gaggered assholes have nothing better to do but terrorize young women living alone.Thus is what really goes on behind the smoke and mirrors I hope all of you stop hiding in your glass house and pretending not to see anything
