Friendly park. Linda the manager is top notch very attentive. We had short in our 50 amp electric hook up she came out very quickly after we called. Park is well maintained.. Pool closes at 5 pm which is early when it 90 degrees out. I felt they are WAY over priced for the off season. We stayed 9 days and paid over $400 dollars. Most expensive park and not as nice as some we have stayed at. However they are pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay. I would consider other parks because they are over priced

Park itself is ok. Sites are wide and are full hook-up minus cable. We stayed in the "C" row and it was for the most park quiet and sites are shaded. We had unwelcoming territorial neighbors on the one side. They felt they owned their site and did not like the proximity of our rig next to them. They had it staked out with rope. We left for a few hours and when we returned they had moved their rope further towards our rig. I questioned the "lady" and she tried to inform me of the property line. Little did she realize she was totally wrong and if she had really looked she would have seen the obvious. you can't argue with stupid and since I was only there for 3 nights, I figured it was not worth it to report her to the office. If you go, stay on the west side to be away from the sewer smell. But just don't get site c7 so won't be next to the ignorance I experienced.

Very friendly staff, very clean bathrooms and showers with security lock. Little pricey for our popup camper but wonderful place to stay. Some noise from the highway but well maintained property. Loved it.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT , although park is nice and clean,, Staff is very rude and unprofessional, screwed up our billing and berated us over the phone, very piss poor attitude... lady manager is a real winner and very unprofessional. refuses to let you talk, refuses to let you speak to anyone over here... hangs up on you over the phone, STAY AWAY!!!!!! Let’s first start with the facts. You were authorized to take ONE debit transaction of $81.00. You “inadvertently did a refund instead of a debit” does not give you authorization to take it upon yourself as the agent of the business to take action prior to speaking to the owner of the credit card which is what you did. Yes, you called to tell the owner of the card that a mistake was made, however you did not speak to the owner, you left a voicemail that continued with WHAT you did to correct it, taking it upon yourself to correct it without gaining this authorization from the owner of the card. No credit or debit was pending on the account viewable to our bank when you made the call to the owner of the card on Monday. Now, there are TWO $81.00 credits that posted Tuesday evening, and a debit of $162.00, which is the transaction you had no authorization to make. So now you have “inadvertently” given TWO separate credit transactions that were mistakes which also means you were not correcting it the right way. Wednesday morning (today) now ANOTHER $162.00 transaction is pending to post, again with NO authorization for this transaction, as stated you were authorized ONE debit of $81.00 period, and now we have more mistakes that are pending. There is still no resolution other than your remark to watch our account as you will yours. So our bank will now work to ensure that this is correctly debited once the most recent transaction posts and will dispute the additional monies you have mistakenly charged, again. Now let’s talk about customer service, the appropriate action that should have been taken was to call the owner of the card without taking any prior action, tell the owner of the mistake, and gain authorization from the owner for the correct owed amount. There is no dispute that $81.00 is what should have been charged and needs to be. As the consumer, the number of debit and credit transactions that your business is doing on our account is very concerning, and would be to any credit card owner. Your appropriate responses in dealing with the owner of the card should have been gracious and apologetic, they have been anything but, including telling the customer do you not understand English, hanging up on the customer, threatening to call the law if the customer calls back, and refusing to give the owners name and number when requested by the customer for mistakes you as the agents of the business made is a serious lack of customer care. Other facts: the stay was pleasant, relaxing, and nice for an older park, we had a great time. We would have come back for more visits, however your lack of customer care and your unauthorized uses of our credit card means we will not come back nor will we recommend your park to other RV travelers, of which we belong to several RV clubs. Had you practiced customer care appropriately with how you handled this situation we would have understood the mistake and gladly worked with you to correct it. We now have to wait until Friday when our bank opens to see what will post for the pending $162.00 debit and monitor our account for any other transactions you may do to our account. Friday will be 5 business days after checking out of your park. Lastly it would serve you well to understand what laws you are subject to when you have the care of customer’s credit or banking information and what laws protect the consumer so that you do not violate them, both for the state of Florida and at the Federal level. In such it would serve you well to know what violations you have done as a result of this issue.

My friend's experience today... Realizing that this RV Park is a "business", I parked my OVERHEATING car in a section that had NO GUESTS (aka campers or RVs) so my car could cool enough for the mechanics to check it out. Some woma.... female (can't really call a woman because that word tends to indicate compassion) comes up to me and asks me why I parked on her front yard. I explained that my car overheated and my mechanics should be here momentarily. That wasn't good enough for her ~ she VERY NASTILY demanded that I move it off of private property!!!! Nothing like good old Southern hospitality!!!! She was just a RUDE, nasty and hateful person!!!! I won't recommend this place to a RAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
