This store is a mess, people don't know what they are selling. It takes them 10 min to look for a price of DISPLAYED materials. Very few samples at display though.  Can they just get a sample from each vendor they represent with a price attached (or bar code) and quickly scan it?? Very poor management.

Horrible, I live near this place and I rather travel great distance instead of buying from them. I had a terrible experience with the manager of this place. I bought pavers from them. I gave them the measurements of my patio and they sold me twice the amount of pavers I needed for the project. Once I tried to return the excess I was referred to the manager, a very, very, rude man. He told me they did not accept returns. I asked him to read the receipt, which states "Pallets pick up must be stacked and placed in one area accessible by our trucks. Small quantities will be responsibility of the purchaser to return" I came back to the store with the pavers but he won't take them. Instead he became very agitated and belligerent when I asked him, why they did not have a sign with their "not return policy". Another employee told me "I am not  going to sit here and explain our policies to you". If you are not a contractor and you are looking for materials for a home project, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else with better costumer service.
