I went in today to get a ring that we had repaired. Mind you the only reason we went to this place is that we won a gift card from the pirates game. My ring is nothing fancy. Very small and delicate.
The sales personal were going through papers. When finally  one of them looked up and made us feel like we were bothering her. 
She went and got my ring. And made a commit about it being a year. Yes, we saved and saved to get the money to pick it up.
Then she wouldn't let me use the gift card. These are no good. You can't use this for a repair.
I finally said sorry we are in convincing you.
No no she said with a rude face.
Someone else walked into the store and immediately he was offered a drink. Coffee .
We left feeling like we weren't worth their time. We'll  we may never be rich. But I will Never recommend this place to anyone.
We are not bad people. We did no deserve to be treated like this. My excitement of getting my ring was ruined by you. Thanks

This place is incredible! The owner is amazing, kind, and knowledgeable. The products are exquisite (love the watches). The service is helpful but not pushy. Other reviews mentioned being ignored. I never felt this way. Rather my space was respected, however, i knew my questions would readily be answered. This place is a real treat to visit with a very smooth, no pressure transaction process. This is how a jewlery store should be.

The only place I will shop for high end watches, also one of the only places in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas where they can replace watch batteries and seal them correctly for there water resistance rating

Extremely overpriced merchandise. Horrible customer service. My wife's wedding ring took 4 tries to get right my wedding band was wrong and my wife's engagement ring was not ready on time. Worst of all i went to pick it up when they screwed the date up andnthey set ths stone in 5 minutes and charged me 275 bucks. Dont waste ur time
