It just seems like every Kay Jewelers I go into I have a terrible customer service experience. They always have this attitude when you walk in that just pushes, "all I care about is a sale." I went in to go engagement ring shopping with my boyfriend, and we were the only ones in the shop. He showed us one ring and told us, "That's it you don't have to look at anything else," even though I made it clear I was looking for a different style. I will just continue taking my business elsewhere. At least at Zales they pretend to care about what you like as they try to make a sale.

I brought my garnet ring for my sixth-month diamond inspection and cleaning.  I saw a lot of new pieces that I love and I ended up ordering two pairs of surgical steel earrings!  (I was so surprised to find that they have an entire catalog of steel options!) . 

Kelsey was very kind and pulled out many pieces for me.  I would definitely return to this store!  (And I will to pickup my earrings)

We will never buy from Kay again customer service in this store in particular is terrible they were very pushy when we were looking at wedding bands and ordered a band for my fiance even after he said it wasn't what he was looking for. They talked about bringing a ring into the store for me to see before I decided but we never heard from them that they had it in the store but instead there was suddenly a $1000 charge on my fiance's account and we did not purchase anything or agree to have anything charged to the account. Our bill for my engagement ring has been screwed up several times and now we're waiting on an investigation into this new charge. The absolute worst jeweller ever and their financial department has no idea what they're doing.

My wife and I have had the best service we have ever had at A jewelry store ever.  The two brother's working there (Alex and Teddy) are 2 of the nicest gentlemen.  Helpful and very knowledgeable.   Also two of the friendliest men either of us have encountered at any store we have shopped at.  When you shop there ask for one of them.

I spoke with a gentleman about a week ago while dropping off our rings to be cleaned. I talked with him about either having a custom anniversary ring made or trading in the whole set to upgrade.

After talking it over with my wife I decided to trade it in because I didn't want to put more money into a set of rings we weren't really happy with. 

I drove by on a Saturday night to pick up our rings and talk about trading hers in. It was 8:45 and they close at 9:00 and the bars were already down and the doors were locked. 

I was a little dissapointed because the sale was ending that day but I guess they should be more disappointed because I was trading my wife's ring in to buy a $9000 Neil Lane ring. I guess getting home 15 minutes early is worth more important than a $9000 sale...
