Surprised. We wanted a quick reasonable meal and check it out. Food was great and authentic and a lot of food for what you pay. Tasted very good, and not to spicy. The atmosphere was very Spanish Mexican. They have outside seating in a fountain courtyard...very cool on a Summer night. They also have a bar so it can get loud with drinkers, but they play music loud so it grounds them out. It's not a quiet Mexican dining. It's more of a real down to earth place. Our waiter Christian was very kind to us. My wifes first time trying Mexican food and she loved it. Thank you. We will be back for sure.

Decent food but incredibly slow service. In addition, they clearly top off their tequila bottles with water. If you get any straight pours you can easily tell. Somebody should shut these guys down.

Inside on a Friday night was a bit loud, so we sat in the courtyard. The waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable, and the food was excellent. The guacamole was some of the best we've ever had, clearly freshly made with real ingredients. The marinated pork was divine, as good as you'll find in North Florida. All in all, a wonderful dining experience.

They water down their drinks terribly - one of the worst I've ever encountered. That's equivalent to stealing money from hard working customer's pockets. The service is terribly slow as well. Save yourself your time and money.

Love Casa Maria! Typical American Mexican food, always good, always hot, great service, great frozen margaritas!
